CAO World Sampler II Fresh Pack of 5 Cigars includes the following:
|
|
|
|
|
CAO Colombia Tinto - (5" x 50, Medium). This unique cigar is made in Nicaragua
with an amazing Honduran wrapper, a Cameroon binder and filled solely with Colombian
tobacco. The bright and bold colors of the Colombian flag adorn the band of this truly
different cigar. The initial pre light flavors of oats, pepper, and sugar carry through the
entire smoking experience. Each third of the cigar bumps up that flavor profile slightly
but never overpowers and stays right in the middle at a medium. Toward the end a citrus
note comes through and perfectly melds with all the other flavors you are experiencing.

CAO Italia Ciao - (5" x 56, Full, Rated 92). After searching long and hard for
new ways to blend a great-tasting cigar, the team from CAO stumbled upon a part of Italy
known as Benevento, where cigar tobacco not only grows, it flourishes! Taking what they
found in Italy and combining it with a blend of Peruvian and Nicaraguan filler and binder
tobaccos, along with a Honduran habano wrapper, CAO created the Italia, a cigar that has
turned out to be one of the most successful cigars CAO has ever brought out. There are bold,
earthy flavors, along with an array of spicy pepper and some sweet floral notes as well.
This cigar is inevitably unique and very satisfying in the flavor department.

|
CAO Nicaragua Tipitapa - (4 7/8" x 50, Full, Rated 91). This is the first cigar
from the famous world-spanning company to specifically highlight tobacco from the country
that is the source of so many of your favorite stogies. The blenders at CAO wanted to
ensure that the all-Nicaraguan filler is the all-star of the show. An astounding amount of
longleaf tobacco from Condega, Jalapa, and Esteli has been stuffed beneath the oily,
lightly veined wrapper to create a uniformly solid vitola that feels like velvet and smells
of wood. Starting off with a leathery burst, the profile soon expands to include white
pepper, cocoa, and cream. There's a caramel sweetness lurking in the background as the
strength soon reaches medium-full, with spice, graham cracker, almond, and cedar all
playing a role as the sharp burn line slowly makes its way to the nub.
